- Restart pending. The content and engine fixes from sessions M and N are on disk but the running build predates them. Last successful start is
academy-20260909-204434.log; the fixes after that needrestart-academy.cmd. - Two students' reading placements not re-checked against the live database after the placement key-position defect was fixed — a placement taken before the restart could have been gamed.
- Off-machine backup mirror is built but unconfigured — it needs a OneDrive (or second-drive/NAS) path in
BACKUP_MIRROR_DIR. Local 15-minute backups are running. - Human read-through still outstanding on the HS placement banks and the Session E content, per the project's own note that model review stopped converging after eight rounds.
